Directions

You won’t have to worry about the Meet & Greet being ambiguously signposted, as you will start to see signs for it on your approach to the airport. As you follow the signs for Birmingham Airport on the A45, you will start to see signs for ‘Valet Parking.

Leave the M42 at Junction 6:

  1. Proceed along the A45.
  2. Follow signs to the airport.
  3. On arrival to the airport, follow signs for Valet Parking.

Arrival instructions

Leaving your car with Birmingham Airport Valet Parking is easy:

  1. Drive to the Valet Car Park.
  2. Cameras will read your registration number which will raise the barriers automatically.
  3. For assistance, please speak to a member of staff or press the assistance button and our customer service team will be happy to assist you. The assistance button is located on the entrance column.
  4. Park up in the Valet car park and walk into the Valet reception, which is adjacent to the exit. A member of staff will complete some checks before taking your vehicle keys and parking your vehicle for you.

Please ensure you allow sufficient time to complete the vehicle hand over before heading to the terminal.

Return instructions

Collecting your car is just as simple:

  1. Once you're back at Birmingham Airport, make your way back to the Valet Parking cabin, where the attendant will return your keys and show you where your car is parked. Then all you need to do is drive up to the exit, where the barrier will automatically raise. If the barrier doesn't raise for you when you exit, speak to a member of staff that's on-site, or press the assistance button and someone will be with you shortly.

Important information

  • This car park operates Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) technology.

  • To ensure a smooth arrival and exit - and to avoid any additional charges - please enter your full and correct vehicle registration number when making your booking.

  • The NCP car park allows an early grace period of up to 2 hours before your booked arrival time.

  • Arriving earlier than this may result in additional charges being applied.

Security

Your vehicle is in safe hands with the NCP team. The secure, fenced compound is monitored by CCTV and 24-hour staff patrols, with electronic barriers controlling entry and exit for authorised vehicles only.

Disabled facilities

For those with mobility needs or anyone requiring assistance, Birmingham Airport Meet & Greet offers a convenient and accessible parking solution. Assisted loading is available on request, ensuring extra support where needed. The car park also features three designated disabled bays located beside the Valet Parking cabin, providing easy access and a smoother start to your journey.

Vehicle restrictions

  • Vehicles must be under 2.1 metres in height and fit within a standard parking bay.

  • Only non-Your vehicle is in safe hands with the NCP team. The secure, fenced compound is monitored by CCTV and 24-hour staff patrols, with electronic barriers controlling entry and exit for authorised vehicles only.commercial vehicles with fewer than 8 seats are accepted.

  • No trailers are permitted.

  • High-sided vehicles, minibuses, motorhomes, lorries, caravans, and any vehicles exceeding the height or bay size restrictions cannot be accommodated.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Our Flexible booking option offers you the convenience and flexibility you need. Here’s how it works:
    1. Need to Change Your Plans?
      • You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours before your parking period begins without any charges.
    2. Parking Period:
      • Your parking period starts at 12:01 AM on the first day of your booked dates, regardless of your pre-booked arrival time.
    3. Important to Note:
      • If you don’t cancel or update your booking at least 24 hours before your parking period begins, we’ll need to charge you for the full booking. Also, please be aware that we can’t offer refunds if you return earlier than planned.
    4. Booking Adjustments:
      • If you make changes to your booking and the price changes, we’ll either charge or refund the difference based on your adjustments.
